We celebrate Childcare Provider Cindy Ouellette who is starting her 27th year of service!
Cindy has touched the lives of many children and caregivers. She has been an important part in partially raising lots of great children while their parents were busy at work, school or home. She has touched many lives with her kindness, generosity and compassion. Every time I visit her home, I feel welcomed and get a sense of calmness and gentleness. We are blessed to have you on our team!
Cindy says: “What is rewarding about being a childcare Provider for me is seeing the teeny tiny things that the children do. Seeing them come out of their shell, hearing how affectionate they are with me and watching them accomplish milestones. I really miss their hugs, since this pandemic. What I also love about my job is being able to spend a good portion of my day outside. What’s also rewarding is the relationships that I have built with these parents and the bond that we have created. Some parents have become life long friends. When the children are ready to go off to school and don’t require my care anymore, I miss the parents as much as I miss the kids. Another thing I love about my job is having an awesome and fearless leader, and a strong relationship!”
